Haley (180328) is all about people. She’s all smiles when people stop by her kennel. Haley is a two-year-old spayed shepherd mix who will be a devoted & loving family member.

Blaze (176979) is a very intelligent, mellow guy. He knows the commands: sit, stay, come & leave it; he also walks well on an easy-walk harness. Another plus, Blaze has good couch potato potential.

Riley (177881) is a jaunty little senior pooch. He loves to going for walks & is easy to handle. With a quick call he’s happy to come over for a bit of love. Being ten, Riley qualifies for ASAP’s Senior Dog Adoption Fee Rebate.

Crissy is a spunky little extrovert. Social with people and other kitties and when you hold her, she hugs and kisses you in return. Crissy will do great in a home with children as long as they are playful as she is. Crissy is approximately 2 years.

Pooka is a sweet senior who is looking for a calm, quiet household where she can continue to gain confidence. She is a volunteer favorite. She rides well in the car and gets along with other dogs. She prefers a household without small children because of her age.

We believe Cricket might be a Cairn Terrier, possibly mixed with a Westie. She has been in foster care and is doing well! Cricket is going to needs a special family that can be patient and give her time to adjust. She loves playing with toys and making new friends.

Popcorn A330884

Popcorn is a 9 month old Jack Russell Terrier. He plays well with other dogs and has been observed acting calm with people of all ages. Popcorn is quick to learn and eager to please. He will do just about anything for a treat, so if you’d like to take some time to teach this guy some tricks he’s happy to learn (especially if a reward is involved)! He will need daily exercise and would love to go for a walk with you or learn to play fetch. And at the end of the day Popcorn is happy to snuggle up on your lap and enjoy some quiet time together.
Sugar A328491

Sugar is a sweet and playful girl who would do fabulous in a home with or without children. She loves to play with cat toys, climb on the cat condo and gets along with her feline friends. Sugar is approximately one year old and ready to get out of the shelter and into her forever home.
Guinea Pigs

Are you looking to add a Guinea Pig to your life? Visit Bunnies Urgently Needing Shelter at our Santa Barbara Shelter to visit the wide variety of Guinea Pigs available for adoption. They currently have long and short haired pigs in a variety of colors; both male and females available. Guinea Pigs do well in a social environment where they get mental and physical exercise every day. Adoption fee is $11; approved application required.

Buster (156403) is a jaunty little Chihuahua with a can-do spirit. He has an endearing little skip as he walks and it’s clear he loves life. Buster is a free-spirit who will bring out the same in the family who chooses him.

Winnie (179407) is a shy Queensland heeler mix who’s looking for a caring soul. Winnie’s less than a year old and is scared in the shelter but warms to people once she’s outside the shelter.

Oliver (179271) is a cute 3-month-old orange tabby. As you can see he’s one of those rare cats that can smile. Oliver came to the shelter with his littermates and would love to find a home.
